Marsha Dodd

Marsha Dodd is purpose-centered and performance-driven leader who has effectively led high-value enterprise growth initiatives, developed teams, strategic divisions and innovative partnerships.  She has served as an executive champion for both for-profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations and has been engaged by hospital systems, medical practices and health plans across the U.S. as a senior executive leader or principal consultant. Her responsibilities have encompassed key leadership roles in enterprise and corporate development as well as overall strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, business development, managed care partnerships, brand and culture strategies, corporate communications and marketing services. 

Marsha’s career includes strategic leadership positions at DaVita, Alliance Health, Insight Medical Imaging and HealthSouth. Most recently, she was the Chief Enterprise Brand Development Officer for Satellite Healthcare. In addition, she was the Chief Administrative Officer for a joint venture partnership with CVS Health.  

She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership as well as a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership/health services management from Chapman University in Orange, California, and has received several certifications in corporate leadership.

Giles Caver

Giles Caver enjoys developing and executing profitable growth strategies with medical practices and other healthcare providers. Giles has led the acquisition, development, partnership, same-store growth, re-syndication and sale of dozens of outpatient healthcare businesses, including medical practices, clinical trial sites, ambulatory surgery centers and kidney dialysis programs. He has held progressively more senior corporate and business development positions with PhyCor, MedCath, United Surgical Partners International and DaVita. Most recently, Giles was the Chief Business Development Officer of Satellite Healthcare, then the country’s leading provider of home dialysis therapies. In this role, he reorganized the business development function to boost same-store growth, formed and led the medical director agreement committee, renewed dozens of medical directorships and helped to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan. Giles earned master’s degrees in both business administration and healthcare administration at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, as well as a bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Ken Leidner

Ken Leidner enjoys helping physicians and hospital and health system executives develop and execute growth-oriented strategies. Ken has led the acquisition, development, joint venture, re-syndication and sale of numerous outpatient kidney dialysis programs and built and led business development teams grounded in the consultative selling approach. Ken has also led a strategic planning team working with physician practices to develop and implement growth strategies. Ken also co-founded Nephrology Business Leadership University and Home Dialysis Academy of Excellence, two programs that support the careers of nephrology fellows. Ken has held progressively senior strategy, corporate and business development positions with Ernst & Young, American Express, 24/7 Media, DaVita and US Renal Care. Most recently, Ken was the Chief Growth Officer of Satellite Healthcare, then the country’s leading provider of home dialysis therapies. In this role, he oversaw the same store and new market growth efforts of the company. Ken also developed innovative strategic partnerships with a variety of companies to further growth in new ways. Ken earned a master’s degree in business administration at New York University as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
